We stand by the quality of our products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy with our products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply contact us by emailing harmonygamecalls@gmail.com and we will process a refund for the full purchase price. Please include your full name, order number, and pictures of the call.
  • Offer only applies to friction calls, and locator calls.
  • Harmony Game Calls LLC does not accept returns or refunds on mouth call products.
  • Calls must be in new condition. If any area outside the pre-tuned area is scratched we will not be able to process a refund.
  • Refunds will only be processed once Harmony Game Calls LLC receives your return and it is inspected for damage.
