We stand by the quality of our products and are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy with our products, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply contact us by emailing harmonygamecalls@gmail.com and we will process a refund for the full purchase price. Please include your full name, order number, and pictures of the call.

• Offer only applies to friction calls, and locator calls. 
• Harmony Game Calls does not accept returns or refunds on mouth call products. 
• Calls must be in new condition. If any area outside the pre-tuned area is scratched we will not be able to process a refund. 
• Refunds will only be processed once Harmony Game Calls receives your return and it is inspected for damage. 

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Harmony Game Calls. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. All backordered products please allow 15 - 45 bussiness days for shipping. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Harmony Game Calls ships to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Harmony Game Calls is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Harmony Game Calls is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
